Part-time CFO
A CFO in your corner — without the full-time salary.
Strategic financial guidance for small businesses that have outgrown “just bookkeeping.” Know where your cash is going, plan for what’s next, and make decisions with real numbers behind them.
We don’t prepare taxes — we hand your CPA clean, tax-ready books.
Is it time for a part-time CFO?
Most owners don’t need a full-time CFO. But many reach a point where clean books alone aren’t enough to make confident decisions.
- Revenue is growing, but cash always feels tight
- You’re making big decisions — hiring, pricing, a new location — on gut feel
- You get reports every month but aren’t sure what to do with them
- Your bank or an investor is asking for forecasts you don’t have
- You want someone to think through the numbers with you, not just record them

Common questions
How is a part-time CFO different from a bookkeeper?
A bookkeeper records what already happened and keeps your books accurate. A CFO uses those numbers to plan ahead — forecasting cash, setting budgets, and helping you make decisions. Many businesses need both, and I can provide both.
How much time does a part-time CFO spend on my business?
It depends on your size and goals. Most clients work on a monthly engagement with a set number of hours and a recurring review meeting. We’ll agree on the right level during your consult.
Do my books need to be clean first?
Accurate numbers come first. If your books need work, we’ll start with a cleanup so the forecasts and advice are built on solid ground.
Do you do taxes?
No. I focus on bookkeeping and financial strategy. I’ll keep your books tax-ready and work alongside your CPA or tax preparer.
